We collect your email address and name when you create an account. When you upload your Instagram data export, we only process follower and following usernames. We do not store your Instagram password or access your Instagram account directly.
Your data is used solely to provide the UnfollowBuddy service — comparing your follower and following lists across audits to identify unfollowers, non-followers, and fans.
Your Instagram export file is parsed in your browser. Only usernames from your follower and following lists are sent to our servers. We do not store your original ZIP file.
We use Google OAuth for authentication and Whop for payment processing. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
